For over 20 years, Clint has worked with and alongside many design companies in New Zealand and has gained experience drafting and designing for Architectural, Electrical Engineering, and Building Services Consultants across the country.

Clint has taken all these skills and experiences on board to have a greater understanding of all facets of construction co-ordination and documentation to create a cohesively designed project.

Clint enjoys developing complex design projects to a feasible and cost-effective solution for his clients and has a keen eye for construction detailing and presentation of his projects.

Clint holds Diplomas in Architectural Draughting and Architectural Technology and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (Design 1).

Architectural Design
We offer a full Architectural Design service from alterations and additions to complete new residential builds and light commercial work. We listen to what you want and create your vision for a buildable solution.

Contract Draughting
We offer three disciplines of contract draughting, Architectural, Electrical Engineering (Residential, Commercial & Industrial), and Mechanical Building Services (HVAC, & Hydraulics). We offer these services to the Client using AutoCAD and Revit Computer-Aided Design software. This Service is driven by the client, and we become an extension of your drawing office for the duration of the contract.
