With all box set subscriptions, we allow you to change the weight of the equipment you have, once a month, for free! Our products are those which usually are not available for rent, specifically dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, exercise benches, medicine balls and more.

Our box sets come in four sizes. Our 4-piece starter box (picture 1), 5-piece toning box, 7-piece Ox box and 12-Piece household box (picture 2). Additionally, people have the option of adding an exercise bench to any of these boxes. After selecting a box, we then allow you to choose the weights of the items you would like to begin with, as well as the option to swap these for different weights throughout your subscription.

Our business is focused on removing barriers to fitness for as many members of the community as possible.

We have a range of free workout videos and exercise tutorials on our website, so that any of our users can access these free tutorials giving examples of how to use the equipment in a variety of ways, as well as easy to follow workout videos to help everyone enjoy and benefit from their own health and fitness journeys.
